Keep your volleyball drills moving with a 4 × 6 ft rebounder that returns the ball at adjustable angles for passing, hitting, and spiking practice.
-
Practice varied skills: Work on overhand and regular passes, absorb passes, bumps, volleys, deep and diving passes, serving, receiving, and spiking.
-
Adjust the bounce: Set multiple angles to practise different returns, and use the rebounder for lacrosse, baseball, or soccer drills in your backyard.
-
Manage net tension: Durable ply HDPE netting and adjustable bungee cords help keep the net tight and responsive during your drills.
-
Train with a stable frame: The powder-coated metal frame resists rust, while four ground stakes help hold it steady during powerful spikes.
